Spring Has Sprung...Sort Of.

Some would not believe that we haven't had snow in over a month here in North Idaho. The highs for the past few days have been in the upper 40's, which usually doesn't happen until March in this area. So the kids and I ventured out into the glorious sunshine to get our wiggles out. Here are a few pictures of our fun day!

Here are the kids playing ball... Well more like Zoe trying her best to hit her brother in the head with it. Luckily, it was a game that Cooper found funny, so I didn't stop her until she threw it so hard it knocked him over.
Of course Cooper found the only puddle out in the yard. It was fun for him to splash in and even more fun for me to watch his fingers get more and more red, but he didn't care.
He had a hard time walking in the uneven grass. He would take a few steps, then trip, a few more steps, then trip. It didn't stop him from his big adventure in the yard.
This is the only picture I could get of Zoe standing still. She does so nice for her grandma's! Sheesh! But we all had fun.
The only thing that wasn't pictured here was the two of them playing with a tiny shovel and getting as much dirt as they could out of a pot that was out there. I had my hands full keeping Cooper from eating all the dirt he could get in his mouth and Zoe from feeding it to him with the shovel like it was a spoon. Maybe next time. Lol
