Sunshine, How We Have Missed You

I have been such a slacker in keeping this blog up to date! Needless to say, I have just been busy and the kids are just growing so fast. We are so excited that the sun has started coming out! We have missed it terribly and were starting to get Cabin Fever.

We went to the park a few weeks ago but it was colder that day and we didn't stay long. Today, however, we were at the park for a few hours, came home, played more outside and had our official FIRST PICNIC of the year! I love it! Here are some fun pictures of the kids, my sister-in-law and my nephew!

Zoe's Trip to the Salon

Zoe and I went on an adventure the other day. She has the craziest hair ever with her curls, so I decided to take her for the first time to a salon to get her hair cut. She was excited until we walked into the salon. She didn't smile the entire time she was getting her hair cut! She had the same face on as she did when she was on Santa's lap last year! It was so funny. Now that her hair is trimmed up, its a little easier to take care of, not by much but it's better. And hopefully it will start to grow again.

The Escape Artist

Cooper has a new talent. He shucks his diaper like an ear of corn! Makes me nuts, but I get to see this cute little bum all the time. Lol

Fair Fun 2010

Oh how I love the fair! It is the last Hoorah of the summer and the kick off to Fall! This year was extra exciting as Zoe is completely obsessed with horses and she got to see a whole ton of them! Plus, this was Cooper's first time to the fair and he loved it, especially the Vikings (deep fried meatballs on a stick! SOOOO GOOD!!!!!)

Here are the pictures of our adventure!
This is Cooper and his cousin Garritt looking at some cows, they were both pretty excited about it!
The Draft Horse barn is my favorite! And Zoe was in Big Horse Heaven! She kept asking if she could ride them. Lol But this horse in particular loved Zoe. He let her love on him and gave her a hug and when she left he neyed very loud so we came back.
Yes, Cooper is all boy. He screamed when we had to leave because he was on a tractor! His FAVORITE!!!
Future Farm Chick?
We went with Jeremy's mom and dad and they were such a big help with the kids! Cooper got the best seat in the house, on his Paw Paw!
While waiting for the horse rides, Cooper ventured to this super cute baby pony and wanted so badly to touch it. He was so excited every time it would look at him!
But the best part of the fair was seeing Zoe ride the animals! She had to wait for the horse to come back and got to ride on a camel instead. Yes, a camel in North Idaho, and if you looked up above that was in fact a baby Zebra! What? Well, this camel was so funny. They stopped him so we could take pictures of Zoe and I think he stole the show on that one.
Best day ever!
And then the horse came back and Zoe was the first to get on. She had been talking about riding horses for months, so when she got to ride this one, I got all choked up. To see her little 3 year old dream come true was something I will never forget.

Now onto FALL!!!!
